A working hours tracking system was developed. The start and end of each employee's working day are logged via dedicated buttons, and any time away from the workstation is automatically recorded by the system. The software displays undertime and overtime for each individual employee.
Time can be logged through the mobile app, desktop application, QR code, or fingerprint scanner — significantly simplifying check-in at the workplace and eliminating queues at the entrance. The full functionality of the system is available within the mobile app, including logging the start and end of the working day and entering labour cost data.
Data integration with the corporate SAP system and reporting suite was configured in line with the client's requirements.
Business processes for requesting annual leave, sick leave, and business trip approval were established. Each scenario has its own dedicated workflow within the system. Requests are initiated by employees and can be approved or rejected by a manager.
