The client is a European IT integrator specializing in IT consulting, SAP hosting, RPA solutions, and business process automation products.

Our solution
After reviewing the requirements and analyzing the client's business processes, we proposed the idea of implementing a web service hosted within the company’s internal network and accessible to all employees.

At the initial stage, we prepared the technical specification together with the client. We then developed a prototype of the web service, with the client actively participating in the prototyping phase.

The next stage of the project was the development of the application code.

In the final stages, we thoroughly tested the service and launched it into production.

Once all development work was successfully completed and approved, we provided user access rights and the necessary technical documentation. We also conducted training sessions to help employees work effectively with the new web service.
